Who am I?
Originally English but I’ve lived in Singapore for so long, that I’m “Singlish” by now… and for those who’ve been here, you’ll know that Singlish is our mis-use of English and a personal vendetta to stamp it out…
Anyway, Priority is a team and we identify by integrity, courage, generosity and empathy. The good news is that while most of those develop during the “plastic” years, empathy gets turned on and fine-tuned the older and wiser you are…so I get to work with great clients to see how they can build up a presence and a business across the region and closer to home, have lots of fun working with our team of smart people.
What would I be doing if not this?
Changing the world in a non-profit sort of way. I work as a volunteer president for Singapore’s bone marrow donor register and that brings tremendous satisfaction as we connect patients who need a transplant to survive with those willing bone marrow donors who can save them. I call it the “business of miracles” and it really doesn’t get much better than that.
