		<description>Yes and No. Like any other channel, you need a proper structure to propagate your message. True it&#039;s less formal, but structure is still important. Think of it like the office grapevine, or hot gossip. It&#039;s a network of conduits. No structure, no connectivity. But grapevine without gossip is also useless, right?

And most gossip is best served hot. &lt;b&gt;Cold = Dead&lt;/b&gt;. Few and far between = infra will fall apart.</description>
