		<description>Yes, building relationships is still the answer.  Even with Facebook or Twitter, it brings more people closer to us (well, those of us who use Facebook anyway).  I have gotten to know many people whom I would not have met if not for Facebook.  This is sicial networking.  However, some use Facebbok to directly sell their products/services, whihc defeats the purpose of Facebook, as a si=ocial networking tool.  As in all selling situation, you have to got to know the person first, relate to him/her, and then see if he/she wnats/can buy.</description>
